All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by law.

Merchandise

All merchandise purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise, including apparel, accessories, or other physical products.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including sizing, color, quantity, and shipping information.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, we will evaluate the situation and work to make it right. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, correction, or other appropriate resolution.

Personal Training / Fitness Coaching Products

All personal training, fitness coaching, workout programs, nutrition coaching, digital fitness products, and related coaching services are non-refundable.

However, eligible coaching products include a 90-day results guarantee. If you do not achieve the results outlined in your purchased coaching program within 90 days, we will continue providing coaching services at no additional cost until those results are realized.

To qualify for the 90-day results guarantee, you must actively participate in the program, follow the coaching guidance provided, complete required check-ins, and provide accurate progress updates as requested.

The 90-day results guarantee does not entitle you to a refund. It only extends your coaching support until the agreed-upon results are achieved.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for sale items, gift cards, custom products, digital products, downloadable products, personal training services, fitness coaching services, workout plans, nutrition plans, or any other coaching-related products.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, where required by applicable law.

If this right applies, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Because all sales are final, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
